Samsūtra is an online service. Nothing physical is shipped.

How you receive it

You use Samsūtra in the Samsūtra app on your phone. Posts appear in the app, and with notifications on you are told when each one is ready.
Your free trial starts as soon as you finish setting up your shop.
When you pay for a plan, it switches on within minutes of the payment going through. If it hasn't after 2 hours, email support@samsutraai.com and we will switch it on or refund you.
The morning post is ready by about 7 AM India time each day while your trial or plan is active.

We serve businesses across India. There are no shipping charges.

Your bills are in the app under My Shop → Your plan.
