Cancellation and Refunds

Try Samsūtra free for 7 days. Plans are paid in advance and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel unless you want to stop early.

Free trial

The 7-day trial is free and needs no card. If you don't buy a plan, nothing is charged; you can still see your past posts.

Cancelling

• Monthly and yearly plans are one-time payments for that period. They do not renew automatically, and we never debit your account without you paying a new link.
• To stop, simply don't pay for the next period. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you want your account and data removed as well, see Delete your account.

Refunds

We refund in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same period, or charged an amount you did not agree to;
• you paid but your plan was not switched on and we could not fix it within 2 working days;
• we remove a feature central to your plan (the unused part of the plan is refunded).

Otherwise, a period that has started is not refunded, because the trial lets you try everything first.

How to ask

Email support@samsutraai.com from your sign-in email, within 30 days of the payment, with the payment date and amount. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
