Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and [Legal name of the business] ("Samsūtra", "we") for using the Samsūtra app, samsutraai.com and our API. By signing up you agree to them.
1. Who can use Samsūtra
Samsūtra is for businesses. You must be 18 or over and able to make a contract for your business. You are responsible for everything done with your account, so keep access to your email safe.
2. What Samsūtra does
We use AI to suggest marketing posts for your business, including images, captions and offers, and we can publish posts you approve to your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts. AI can make mistakes: it can get a detail, price, spelling or product wrong. You must check each post before you approve it.
3. You approve, you are the advertiser
- Nothing is published until you approve it. When you approve a post, you are publishing it as your own advertisement.
- You are responsible for the offers, prices, discounts and claims in posts you approve, and for honouring them.
- Do not use Samsūtra for anything illegal, misleading or harmful: false claims, fake reviews, hate, adult content, or products you are not allowed to sell or advertise.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the logo, photos and details you give us. You confirm you have the right to use them.
- You give us permission to store, process and change them, and to send them to our AI and hosting providers, only to provide the service to you.
- The posts made for you are yours to use for your business, on any channel. We may use anonymised statistics (for example, how often posts are approved) to improve Samsūtra. We will not use your posts in our own marketing without asking.
5. Free trial, plans and payment
- New shops get 7 days free with every feature. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial, a plan is needed to make new posts and images. You can still see your history, approve, share and edit existing posts. Prices are on our pricing page. [Prices include 18% GST / Prices are plus 18% GST].
- Each post includes 3 AI changes (a new version, a typed change or a new image). Text, colour, font and layout edits are free.
- Plans are paid in advance and do not renew automatically. See Cancellation and refunds.
6. Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp
Publishing depends on Meta's services and rules. If Meta changes its rules, limits or approval, or an account's access expires, some posts may not publish; we will tell you and let you retry. Using those platforms is also subject to Meta's terms.
7. Availability
We work to keep Samsūtra running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features; if we remove something central to a paid plan, we will tell you and you may ask for a refund of the unused part of your plan.
8. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Samsūtra and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts others at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost sales, or for the content of posts you approved. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City for courts] have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us at support@samsutraai.com so we can try to fix the problem.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 7 days before it applies. Continuing to use Samsūtra after that means you accept the new terms.
